Returns & Refunds – Light UP Your Deal
At LightUpYourDeal, your satisfaction is our priority. We want you to love your purchase and shop with confidence. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be:
Unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition.
Packed securely in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and warranty cards.
Free from scratches, dents, or damage caused after delivery.
Items damaged due to customer mishandling, improper installation, or electrical faults will not be accepted.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned for safety, hygiene, or customization reasons, including:
Products purchased on clearance/sale (unless defective).
Customized or special-order lights.
Installed lighting fixtures that show signs of use.
Gift cards and coupons.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item:
Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at support@lightupyourdeal.com with photos/videos as proof.
Our team will arrange a free replacement or a full refund depending on product availability.
Please retain the original packaging until the return process is completed.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, PayPal, bank transfer, etc.).
Shipping charges, COD fees, and installation services are non-refundable.
If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer after you provide account details.
5. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are possible for products of equal or higher value.
If you wish to exchange for a higher-priced item, you’ll need to pay the difference.
Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase before shipment.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible; you may request a return after delivery (as per eligibility).
Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method.
7. Return Shipping
For defective/damaged/incorrect items – return shipping is free.
For change of mind/unsuitable product – return shipping is borne by the customer.
We will provide a return label or instructions once your return is approved.
8. Important Notes
Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Ensure safe packaging during return to prevent damage in transit.
Refunds may be denied if the returned product is found ineligible after inspection.
LightUpYourDeal reserves the right to update this policy without prior notice.
