🏠 Missed Deliveries & Re-attempts

  • If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery on the next working day.

  • After two failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

  • Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
