Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders above $999.
For orders below $999, a flat shipping fee of $99 applies.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional handling fee of $49β$99 depending on order value.
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

All lighting products are packed securely with multi-layer protective packaging to avoid transit damage.
Fragile items such as chandeliers, pendant lights, and glass lamps are shipped with extra cushioning.
If your package arrives damaged, please take clear pictures and contact us within 48 hours of delivery for assistance.
π Missed Deliveries & Re-attempts
If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier will attempt redelivery on the next working day.
After two failed attempts, the package will be returned to us. In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

Customs duties, VAT, or import taxes (if any) are the responsibility of the customer.
